Article 1 — Platform Role & Guarantee
TubeMarket acts as a neutral escrow intermediary between buyers and sellers of YouTube channels. We guarantee the safe and complete transfer of ownership in every transaction conducted through our platform.
Article 2 — Transaction Process
1.The buyer submits payment in cryptocurrency to the designated wallet address provided by TubeMarket.
2.Upon confirmation of receipt, TubeMarket secures the seller's channel ownership rights on behalf of the buyer.
3.TubeMarket facilitates the complete and verified transfer of the YouTube channel to the buyer.
4.Once the buyer confirms successful receipt, TubeMarket releases payment to the seller, minus a 10% platform service fee.
Article 3 — Payment
All transactions are conducted exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, or ETH). This ensures fast, borderless, and secure global payments between buyers and sellers in any country worldwide.
Article 4 — Platform Liability
In the event of any dispute or issue arising during a transaction, TubeMarket assumes full responsibility and will take all necessary steps to resolve the matter to the satisfaction of both parties. No transaction is considered complete until both buyer and seller confirm successful completion.
Article 5 — Service Fee
TubeMarket charges a 10% commission on the final sale price. This fee covers escrow services, transaction verification, dispute resolution, and ongoing platform support.

For any inquiries, disputes, or assistance, users may contact TubeMarket support at any time via the in-app chat or Telegram (@kbscnn). Our team commits to providing prompt responses and full resolution of all issues.
Article 7 — Disclaimer
TubeMarket does not guarantee the future performance, revenue, or subscriber growth of any channel listed on the platform. All channel information is provided by sellers and is subject to independent verification by buyers prior to purchase.
